We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a pediatric therapy program in a collaborative healthcare setting. This leadership role is open to qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Occupational Therapists (OT), or Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with strong clinical and supervisory experience in pediatric care. The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee therapy operations, support clinical staff, ensure quality patient care, and help drive positive outcomes for children and families. Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily rehabilitation and therapy operations within a pediatric setting
• Supervise and support therapy staff including SLPs, OTs, BCBAs, assistants, and support personnel
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with clinical standards
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, productivity, and program development initiatives
• Collaborate with families, physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress
• Mentor clinicians and support continuing education and professional development
• Monitor documentation, treatment effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with performance improvement initiatives and operational planning




Requirements

• Active state license or certification as an SLP, OT, or BCBA
• Previous pediatric clinical experience required
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or Director-level experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary pediatric environments preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
