Responsibilities
- Check with the building manager.
- Review red book with building manager.
- If complaint, check on area or complaint.
- Note comments for corrective action.
- Review day porter performances and special project work.
- Tenant visitation.
- Inspect daily designated area.
- Report equipment problems to main office.
- Complete required paperwork, including daily payroll.
- Prepare for evening shift.
- Prepare special projects, complaints or special requests.
- Instruct supervisors.
- Distribute special projects to supervisor.
- Uniform or I.D. problems.
- Keys inventory.
- Inform area manager of empty space or moving tenants.
- Supply inventory.
- Check tenants’ communication books.
- Check special projects, complaints, or special requests for completion.
- Identify and correct unsafe work practices.
- Evaluate employees' performance.
- Take disciplinary action.
- Enforce security and safety.
- Complete quality control form, weekly.
Qualifications
• MUST ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.• Must be able to PASS A DRUG and BACKGROUND SCREENING.
• Must be able to READ ENGLISH.
• Must be over 18 years of age.• Must have reliable form of transportation.Â
