Essnova is seeking a Senior Project Management Support Analyst specializing in Technology Transfer to support U.S. Army aviation research and development projects and agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and staff Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, joint work statements, Test Service Agreements, no-cost demonstration agreements, and sensitive-data exchange agreements.
  • Ensure agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and Army directives.
  • Support agreement planning and negotiations with for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
  • Participate in the development of technology-transfer policies.
  • Prepare and deliver technology-transfer training for scientific and administrative personnel.
  • Coordinate with Government program, legal, contracting, technical, and external stakeholder organizations.
  • Track agreement actions, schedules, risks, decisions, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three years of contracts or program-management experience in Government or the private sector.
  • At least three additional years of Technology Transfer work or R&D contracts and agreements experience.
  • Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret acceptable during onboarding.
  • Ability to work primarily onsite at Fort Eustis and travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aviation or R&D program experience.
  • Experience with CRADAs, joint work statements, Test Service Agreements, demonstration agreements, or sensitive-data exchange agreements.
  • Army or DoD technology-transfer policy and agreement-negotiation experience.
