Job Type: Full-Time.
Activity: Industry, heavy machinery, automation, technical assistance, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Your mission :
Support the Site Manager in all daily tasks and site responsibilities.
Maintain daily communication with the customer, report progress and address technical topics during meetings.
Help plan and manage the team’s workload, priorities and schedule.
Manage on-site activities including erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
Contact and report every day with our client to show progress and address technical topics in meetings.
Make sure project management instructions are followed, compliance with budget and proceed with a regular internal reporting covering all site issues.
Supervise and contract subcontractors.
Maintain regular contact with technical support team located at the head office to receive support and provide updates.
What you bring :
10 years’ experience in machinery industry and on-site activities.
Mechanics / Electromechanics degree or engineering degree.
Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical / electrical).
Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fast-thinking and know how to adapt quickly to any situation.
Attention to safety, detail and quality.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficient with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Microsoft Project.
