Job Type: Full-Time.

Activity: Industry, heavy machinery, automation, technical assistance, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Your mission :

  • Support the Site Manager in all daily tasks and site responsibilities.

  • Maintain daily communication with the customer, report progress and address technical topics during meetings.

  • Help plan and manage the team’s workload, priorities and schedule.

  • Manage on-site activities including erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.

  • Contact and report every day with our client to show progress and address technical topics in meetings.

  • Make sure project management instructions are followed, compliance with budget and proceed with a regular internal reporting covering all site issues.

  • Supervise and contract subcontractors.

  • Maintain regular contact with technical support team located at the head office to receive support and provide updates.

What you bring :

  • 10 years’ experience in machinery industry and on-site activities.

  • Mechanics / Electromechanics degree or engineering degree.

  • Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical / electrical).

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fast-thinking and know how to adapt quickly to any situation.

  • Attention to safety, detail and quality.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Microsoft Project.
