We’re hiring for a Warehouse Coordinator who takes pride in keeping things organized, knows how to stay one step ahead, and doesn’t wait for someone else to solve a problem.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure the materials and equipment our project and service teams need are received, identified, organized, tracked, and ready when they’re needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of their work.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...
Take Ownership
You see something that needs to be done and take care of it without waiting to be asked.
Are Proactive
A package arrives without enough information? You don’t put it in a corner and hope someone figures it out. You investigate and find the answer.
Are Organized
You can keep things under control even when deliveries, returns, requests, and priorities are coming at you throughout the day.
Pay Attention to Detail
You understand that putting the wrong material in the wrong place can create delays for an entire project team.
Are a Problem Solver
You enjoy figuring things out and finding solutions when information is missing or something doesn’t go according to plan.
Think Ahead
You don’t just put materials away, you think about what our teams will need next and make sure it’s ready.
Are Dependable
When a team member requests something, they can count on you to follow through.
Communicate Well
You’re comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and working with people to get the information you need.
Work Well Independently
You can prioritize your day, make decisions, and keep things moving without someone constantly telling you what to do.
Take Pride in Your Work
You understand that an organized warehouse helps create an organized, efficient operation.
