Position Summary

Front-of-house team members are responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer while ensuring the bakery remains fully stocked, organized, and ready for service throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers
• Operate the register and process transactions
• Package and present products
• Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
• Maintain product displays
• Restock beverages, packaging, and supplies
• Keep all front-of-house areas clean and organized
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities
• Support other team members as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
