$9.60/hour base rate + service charge + commission opportunities

We're seeking talented, professional, and guest-focused Massage Therapists who are dedicated to providing outstanding service in a beautiful waterfront resort setting.

What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of massage and body treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Deliver personalized experiences tailored to each guest's needs
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Educate guests on wellness recommendations and spa services
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable environment for every guest

What We're Looking For:

• Current Massage Therapy license/certification as required by state regulations
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous spa or resort experience preferred, but not required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate plus commission opportunities. Please note that the posted hourly rate reflects base pay only and does not include additional commission earnings, gratuities, or other incentive opportunities that may significantly increase overall compensation.
