Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Problem Solver / Account Executive to join our team in our Newport, KY office. This role is vital in driving business growth through strategic client engagement, solution-oriented problem solving, and effective account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to develop and nurture client relationships within a B2B environment. Location: Newport, KY (onsite)

Comp: Base + uncapped commission. First-year expected range: $40K–$60K+ depending on effort, skill, and execution.

About the Role

At Legion Logistics, we don’t hire “account managers” to babysit clients. We hire hunters. Closers. People who can take a proven system and turn it into results.
You’ll be trained from the ground up. You’ll learn the freight battlefield, work the floor, and then hit the phones hard with all the tools to win.


Training Includes:

- Freight Ops Bootcamp: Learn dispatch, lanes, truck types, and how freight actually moves.
- 8 Weeks Floor Time: Sit with our ops team and account managers — learn the grind firsthand.
- Final Phase: Full sales training with our playbook, process, and real leads.

We’ll give you the proven process.
If you bring the hunger, we’ll show you the path.
