Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the operations and profitability of the business for the functional area(s) they are assigned.
Daily Tasks:
- Manage the daily shift and guest experience
- Ensure the guest experience and quality of products and displays are at standard
- Oversee and Lead all hourly team members.
- Set daily, weekly, monthly goals with direct reports
- Oversee training, schedule, and development of hourly employees
- Weekly/monthly inventory
- Track and manage game payouts to company expectations
- Maintain a safe, clean and inviting store
- Ensure all operating and quality standards are met.
- On premise liaison with contracted vendors.
- Coordinate and execute parties and events.
- Oversee aspects of units ordering, receiving, inventory and cost control systems.
- Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures
Musts:
- 2 - 5 years management experience within an entertainment concept, theme park or high-volume restaurant
- Local or State regulation requirements regarding food handling and/or liquor service.
- Must be able to provide excellent Guest Service
- Must have excellent time management & follow up skills necessary to perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Must have the ability to hold the team accountable, but also motivate and coach the team to strive to the be the best. Servant Leadership works best.
