As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers when they bring their vehicles in for maintenance and repair. Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
Prepare estimates, invoices, and necessary paperwork for services rendered
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Stay informed on promotional offerings and product knowledge to enhance customer experience

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is preferred
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including service management tools
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
