Summary: 

As an Assistant House Manager at The Price Center, you will support a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring exceptional care for our residents. This role involves supervising staff, managing resident care, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in I/DD or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be MAP certified and CPR Certified
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean record

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and Supervise:
    • Direct and support staff in daily activities 
    • Ensure high-quality program implementation 
    • Assist in scheduling and training staff 
  • Resident Care:
    • Provide hands-on care with daily living activities 
    • Manage medical appointments and ensure optimal health care 
    • Teach budgeting skills and manage personal finances 
  • Communication:
    • Maintain strong relationships with families, day programs, and community partners 
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation 
    • Conduct regular safety drills 
  • Activities and Engagement:
    • Plan and lead educational and recreational activities 
    • Foster independence and social skills 
    • Support residents' religious and cultural expressions

$2,500 New Hire Bonus offered after successful 90-day introductory period for Full-Time Map Certified hires, $2,000 for Full-Time hires and $1,000 for Part Time hires. Paid out in two installments 3 months & 6 months. Terms and conditions apply.
