Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: $83,000 - $93,000 / Year commensurate with experience

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of Illinois
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
