Job DetailsJob Location: NET ZERO LOGISTICS LLC - Newton, MA 02459Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 HourlyJob description NetZero Logistics LLC  is looking for someone to work in a mail room .This is a full time position Monday- Friday 8:30 AM to 5PM. This is an in office position. Responsibilities Strong customer service skills Strong people skills Able to work well under pressure Must be able to multitask and prioritize work Self starter who can work independently on several tasks simultaneously Strong computer skills Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment Punctual and reliable Restocking of all kitchens supplies Putting out fresh fruit at 8am, 9am, and 10am Putting out afternoon snacks at 2pm, 3pm Receiving all incoming mail USPS mail, DHL, FEDEX packages from messenger center located in the buildings loading dock, mass mailings All incoming mail to be scanned into mail system Assisting with setting up for events (soda, water, tables, cooler, etc.) Assisting Executive Suite with in house and/or outside tasks Distributing of office gifts Laying out lobby mats Assist with service providers, e.g. Iron Mountain, Shredding, Fresh Direct, etc. Compensation/Benefits Job Type: Full Time Pay- $18.00 an hour Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time off Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of relevant experience, required.
