Our Residential Services program operates six homes in Newton where our team provides the individuals in these homes with a safe and comfortable environment.  

Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Care Professionals, Residential Program 

• Direct Care Professionals provide hands-on support, skill training, and companionship to individuals in a residential setting. 

• You will support daily living and social skills through direct care, personal care assistance, medication administration, approved treatment plans, meal preparation, recreational activities, community engagement, and general companionship. 

• Priority given to applicants with weekend availability 
  

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of high school degree or GED.  

• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. 

• Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee. 

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a willingness to use an agency vehicle during employment. 

• Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements 

• MAP Certification (Medication Administration training) and First Aid certification are required.

Residential Weekday Shifts (3:00pm to 11pm & 11:00pm to 9:00am) 

Residential Weekend Shifts (9:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm -9:00am)
