What You’ll Be Doing 


Step into a leadership role where you run the operation when it matters most. As our Overnight Operations Manager (3rd shift), you’ll be the go-to decision maker, leading the team, solving real-time challenges, and keeping operations running safely and smoothly. 

  • Guide, schedule, and support supervisors, shift leaders, and team members to meet production goals and KPIs 
  • Review production schedules, orders, and delivery timelines to plan and prioritize nightly operations 
  • Coordinate shift handoffs with day and evening leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution 
  • Monitor production performance, identify issues in real time, and resolve operational, manufacturing, or maintenance challenges 
  • Ensure equipment and processes are operating efficiently to maximize output and minimize downtime
  • Drive accountability through coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day team leadership
  • Address employee concerns and resolve issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and company policies 
  • Analyze production data, track performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement 
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, including Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis initiatives

  • You communicate clearly and effectively, especially during shift transitions and with cross-functional teams 
  • You bring a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and performance 
  • You are comfortable working with data, production metrics, and performance reporting


 Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (STEM, Business, Supply Chain), or equivalent experience 
  • 3–8+ years of operations experience leading teams in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments 
  • People management experience, with 2–4+ years in a supervisory or management role 
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (10 PM to 6 AM, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays) and lead operations without direct senior management presence 
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies 
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
