What You’ll Be Doing

As our next Production Cleaner you will play a key role in keeping all working areas in the production departments in a clean and orderly condition.

Safety is second nature; you follow procedures and quickly report any unsafe conditions
You bring a strong sense of quality and attention to detail, ensuring SARSTEDT standards are consistently met
Stage boxes, material and supplies neatly and organized
Follow the cleaning plan with precision including floors, hallways and other work areas
Reliably transport trash and waste to assigned disposal areas
Replenish bathroom supplies as needed
Your mindset is how we can improve processes and steps to keep the production areas clean

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Character of exceptional reliability, dependability, and integrity
Basic math skills (add, subtract, simple calculations)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks

Requirements

Ability to work Day shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Frequent use of arms, hands and fingers for essential duties
Ability to operate a motorized floor scrubber and buffer
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (regularly) and up to 50 pounds (occasionally)
Ability to work in an environment with ongoing background noise
