Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Program Engineer Summer Intern to support program development, engineering documentation, process improvements, and cross‑functional project coordination. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to engineering program management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering and program teams with project planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests.
- Collect, analyze, and organize data to support program timelines and performance metrics.
- Participate in coordinating activities between engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Help prepare program reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Review process workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with engineering trials, testing activities, and data collection as needed.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and version control in shared systems.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or engineering tools is a plus.
- Interest in manufacturing, program management, or product development.
