What You'll Do:  

  • Provide respiratory care treatment using equipment like oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, airway support, CPR, and other clinically appropriate therapies  
  • Teach and support to residents, families, and team members  
  • Monitor and document patient care in timely and accurate manner  
  • Communicate updates with care team, residents, and families to provide individualized support 
  • Comply with professional, ethical, and legal standards  


What You'll Need:  

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Associate's degree in respiratory therapy (required) 
  • Current and active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Therapy Technician (CRTT) with National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentials in New Jersey (required) 
  • 2+ years of experiences in long-term care or hospital setting (required)  
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
