Job DetailsJob Location: Newton, MA 02459Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 HourlyFinal Mile delivery company is seeking a customer service representative to support our delivery team at our Hartford, CT location. Responsibilities Proactively monitor our routing/dispatch program for driver performance Communicate with drivers on the status of their routes Answer incoming call from drivers and customers Respond to emails from customers Assist with drivers returning at the end of their routes to ensure their routes are closed out on their devices Assist with general warehouse duties when needed Forklift experience preferred Send out internal emails with performance updates every two hours Other duties as assigned by management.
