What You’ll Be Doing 
 

As our Production Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in improving efficiency, quality, and cost performance across the plant, serving as a bridge between engineering, production, and leadership.

  • You enjoy developing others, supporting training, coaching, and team engagement in continuous improvement efforts 
  • You collaborate effectively with plant leadership, contributing to operational strategies, budgets, and capital planning 
  • You bring a passion for continuous improvement, leading projects that drive process optimization, efficiency gains, and waste reduction 
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Production to solve problems and implement lasting solutions 
  • You use data to drive decisions, analyze production performance to identify trends, unlock capacity, and improve outcomes 
  • You bring experience with Lean principles and process improvements, supporting equipment upgrades and operational enhancements 
  • You take ownership of projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a results-driven mindset 
  • You are comfortable working with metrics, developing and tracking KPIs to ensure production goals are consistently met 
  • You are detail-oriented and analytical, evaluating vendors and comparing bids to support informed decision-making 
  • You are growth-minded, engaging in leadership development and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

  • Experience in plastic injection molding is a plus


 Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or related engineering field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering 
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and driving process improvements 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies preferred
