Can you make a room full of 4-year-olds feel like the coolest place on earth? That's the job.

My Gym Newton is looking for a Lead Teacher with big energy, zero fear of being silly, and a genuine love for kids. You'll run our movement-based classes - think obstacle courses, dance parties, and games that turn "gym class" into the highlight of a kid's week.

Never taught a class before? Great - we'll teach you. Full paid training means you'll walk in ready to run a room and leave every class with kids (and parents) grinning.

AvailabilityFriday mornings are a must and 1 weekend day. Even better - more availability means more hours.

What You'll Do

• Lead and assist high-energy classes for kids
• Bring the fun to birthday parties, camps, and special programs
• Keep the gym clean, safe, and ready for action
• Build real relationships with parents and caregivers
• Jump in on tours, walk-ins, and light front desk support

What You Bring

• Reliability, energy, and a natural way with kids
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude
• Comfort leading activities in a fast-paced room
• Bonus points for a background in dance, gymnastics, athletics, theater, coaching, or early childhood education - but it's not required
