This is a 20-hour/week, W-2 position with benefits featuring a consistent daytime schedule and some flexibility around start and end times. Our Adolescent PHP/IOP provides structured behavioral health treatment for adolescents who need a higher level of support while remaining connected to their families and communities. What You'll Do Lead Therapeutic Groups: Facilitate engaging adolescent groups using DBT, CBT, ACT, social skills, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and coping-skills interventions. Provide Clinical Support: Help adolescents build coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and tools they can use beyond the program. Collaborate: Work alongside clinicians, psychiatrists, nurses, technicians, and other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. Clinical Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation related to groups and patient care. Support the Program: Assist the clinical team with patient needs and other clinical responsibilities as appropriate.
