Our not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization has an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, compassionate and resourceful individual who wants to do meaningful work. Candidate must have strong communication and time management skills and be eager and willing to handle the diverse responsibilities of the job with a helpful, professional attitude and a friendly demeanor. Job Responsibilities: Working as a team player within the administrative staff Triaging phone calls in a fast-paced office while the office is closed (overnight) Managing urgent patient phone calls and triaging to the appropriate on-call staff Schedule and Weekly Hours: Sundays at 4 pm through Monday at 8:30 am. Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multi-task Manage time and prioritize efficiently Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. PC proficiency in Google Suite, Word and Excel. A professional and caring demeanor in person and on the telephone.
