About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and maintaining an organized bar area.
Clear and clean tables promptly to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Restock glassware, ice, and supplies as needed during service.
Support servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
Monitor guest needs and assist with any requests to enhance their experience.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a barback or busser role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid food handling certificate.
