Job Title: Part-Time Faculty, Associate Degree Nursing Program

Department: Health Sciences

Bucks County Community College is actively recruiting passionate, student-centered nursing professionals to join the Associate Degree (AD) Nursing Program as part-time faculty. This position offers the opportunity to educate and inspire future nurses in classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical settings. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to support our growing program and fill available part-time teaching opportunities.

Position Overview

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to nursing education in class, lab, or clinical settings. We are committed to fostering the next generation of skilled and compassionate nurses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing; or

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a commitment to earn a Master's degree in Nursing within five (5) years.

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent clinical nursing experience required.

  • Teaching experience preferred.

Background Checks/Clearances

Employment with the College will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with College policies.
