As an Intern I, you will work alongside experienced banking professionals, interact with customers, learn financial services operations, and gain insight into the many departments that help a community bank serve its customers and communities. Through shadowing, coaching, and hands-on experience, you'll discover how different areas of banking work together to create an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Customer Service & Relationship Building Deliver friendly, professional service to customers in person and by phone. Assist customers with routine banking transactions and account inquiries. Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend products and services that may benefit them. Demonstrate digital banking tools, including online, mobile, and telephone banking services. Help ensure an exceptional customer experience through follow-up and problem resolution. Banking Operations Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Learn banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational procedures. Balance a teller drawer and develop skills in cash handling and transaction accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Explore Community Banking The majority of the internship consists of floating to our various branches located in Lower and Central Bucks County.  In addition, Interns have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of departments, including: Human Resources Information Technology Deposit Operations & Digital Banking Loan Administration & Credit Analysis Wealth Management Finance & Control Risk, Audit, Compliance & BSA These experiences provide valuable insight into career paths within the banking industry and help interns understand how each department contributes to the Bank's success. Clearly communicates in English; moderate reading, writing and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills; ability to build professional relationships and rapport.  Moderate PC skills, working knowledge of the teller system and other bank operating systems, high level of accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
