About the Position
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account questions.
- Process payments, set up payment plans, and review accounts for accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records.
- Educate patients on equipment use and troubleshooting.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and share findings or trends with supervisors.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support our mission and values.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in medical reimbursement or medical office customer service preferred.
