Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family. Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care. Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs. Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills. Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management. Work 30 hours per week and get paid for 36 hours per week! What You’ll Bring: Current R.N. license in the State of Maine. ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged. Current CPR card required.
