Job purpose
As a Warehouse Specialist, one will be responsible for all warehouse duties, including but limited to shipping, receiving, picking orders, staging, and maintaining inventory levels.
Duties and responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving using Forklifts and RF guns.
- Picking and staging orders for scheduled shipments.
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Ensures all guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA standards are in compliance.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary warehouse which is audit ready at all times.
- Assures that time commitments are met for outbound and inbound shipments.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two to Three (2-3) years of previous warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Previous Forklift Certification preferred.
Safety Requirements
- Must wear steel toed boots/shoes.
- Must wear safety vest.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
7:00am-7:00pm - 2 days on, 2 days off rotation.
