Shift Leader 

Tioga Downs is hiring a Shift Leader to join our growing Dunkin' team. $17.00hour PLUS Tips!!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards   

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED required. 
• Previous Food Service experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Experience training, coaching, or leading small groups is a plus!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

The Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.  

Dunkin' operates between 5:30AM - 2AM, 7 days per week. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary for this position.
