We’re hiring Line Cooks to join our dynamic team across multiple venues, including our Buffet, Coasters, and PJ Clarke’s.

 What You’ll Do

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes
• Follow all food safety, recipe, and portion control procedures
• Assist in various areas of food production as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with health regulations

 What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel is a plus—but not required
• Willingness to learn—we provide on-the-job training!

 Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, crouching, and use of hands
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Work Environment

• Fast-paced kitchen setting with heat, equipment, and coolers/freezers
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Flexible availability needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Operating Hours:

• Buffet: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Coasters: 11:30 AM – 2:30 AM
  (Open 7 days a week)
