As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations—leading your team, delighting guests, and delivering results:

• Own and elevate daily operations for Dunkin’
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Build a strong, positive team culture with open communication and high morale
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistent quality and execution
• Recruit, hire, and train top talent in compliance with all regulations
• Drive financial performance—manage labor, control costs, and hit revenue goals

What You Bring

• Dunkin Brands University Graduate (required)
• 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience (required)
• Adaptability across different service styles and concepts
• Strong leadership presence with a passion for team development
