We're looking for friendly, energetic Food Servers to join our fast-paced sports bar, Coasters, located inside our exciting casino. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and love being part of a winning team, we'd love to meet you.

Every shift brings something new—from game-day excitement to live entertainment and memorable guest experiences. You'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences while working alongside an enthusiastic team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service with a positive, guest-first attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining quality service standards.
• Learn and confidently explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Verify guest identification for alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol service practices.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Work closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to create a seamless guest experience.
• Support a fun, entertaining atmosphere for guests and fellow team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous restaurant or food server experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of each shift.
• Frequently lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent reaching, bending, carrying, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with moderate to loud noise levels, including the casino gaming floor.
