We’re seeking a motivated, guest-focused Slot Attendant to support our Slot Operations team. If you enjoy working with people, have strong attention to detail, and can stay calm and accurate in a busy environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in the gaming industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, professional service and assistance to guests throughout the gaming floor
• Pay jackpots, process break bills, and fill ticket printers
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on slot machines and related gaming equipment
• Routinely inspect slot machines and equipment and identify potential problems
• Maintain gaming logs, work tickets, and other required documentation in accordance with gaming regulations
• Answer guest questions and assist with ATM issues and complaints
• Monitor the gaming floor for guest safety and report potential hazards
• Communicate with team members and other departments to help ensure smooth Slot Operations
• Attend scheduled meetings and support the flow of information throughout the department
• Follow all applicable gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
• Promote and demonstrate our “Be the BEST” culture with guests and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous guest service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to accurately count and handle money in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Ability to work effectively with guests and team members in a busy environment
• Knowledge of gaming regulations is a plus
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

This is an active role that includes standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and working with hands and tools. You may lift or move up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and up to 100 lbs. infrequently. The role also requires the ability to see at close and far distances, distinguish colors, and maintain depth and peripheral perception.

Work Environment:

You’ll work primarily on the gaming floor in a fast-paced environment where noise levels may range from moderate to loud. The position involves working around gaming equipment, computers, and electrical systems. Employees must follow all applicable safety and gaming regulations.
