IT Specialist - 2nd Shift

Are you the go-to person when technology needs to just work? Do you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and keeping operations running without a hitch? If so, we want you on our team.

We’re looking for an IT Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys working with a wide range of technologies—from business systems to AV equipment. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep critical business systems running smoothly, including POS, casino, and hotel management platforms
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of technology and AV equipment (teleconferencing tools, projectors, monitors, and more)
  • Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and in person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for a diverse group of end users
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) across the organization
  • Track, document, and maintain hardware and AV inventory
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems operating at peak performance
  • Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system efficiency
  • Ensure issues are fully resolved with thorough follow-up and testing

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
  • 3–5 years of IT experience (experience in casino, hospitality, banking, or entertainment environments is a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
  • Solid communication skills—you can explain technical issues in a clear, user-friendly way
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent preferred
  • Working knowledge of systems such as IBM AS400/System i5 is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll regularly move equipment (up to 25 lbs, occasionally more) and work in both office and high-energy floor environments where noise levels may vary.

Why Join Us?

We don’t just offer a job—we offer stability, growth, and great perks:

  • On-site employee daycare (open 7 days a week, with potential subsidies)
  • 401(k) with 100% immediate vesting
  • Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees
  • Sick time and holiday pay
  • Tuition reimbursement for eligible employees
  • Exclusive discounts on hotel stays, dining, spa services, and more

The schedule for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm.
