What You’ll Do

• Provide professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• Deliver consistent, high-quality services while creating a welcoming and relaxing guest experience
• Properly care for spa equipment and use products efficiently to support cost-control standards
• Maintain complete knowledge of all massage, body treatments, and products offered by the spa
• Educate and inform guests about wellness concerns, services, and products
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized treatment environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current and valid New York State Massage Therapist License
• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional client service
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong knowledge of professional massage practices and spa service standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Weekend availability required; open availability preferred

Schedule

Schedules will vary based on spa operations.

• Thursday & Friday: 9 AM–6 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM–6 PM
• Sunday & Monday: 9 AM–5 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: Closed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform massage and body treatments throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to stand, move, and work in a professional spa environment for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate and care for spa equipment and supplies
