What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
• Install, move, and configure gaming machines across the floor
• Support and maintain slot monitoring and network systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (computers, displays, networks)
• Accurately complete gaming logs and regulatory documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
• Use a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment (hand tools, power tools, meters, and more)

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with electronics, computers, and technical systems
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, high-energy environment

Physical & Work Environment

• Active role: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout shifts
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally more)
• Work takes place around active gaming equipment in a lively, high-noise casino environment
