Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a motivated, self-starting Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility running safely and smoothly for both our guests and team members. If you take pride in fixing, building, and maintaining, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive setting.

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the property
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and facility issues
Complete preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
Follow all safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA guidelines
Safely operate company vehicles when needed
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Valid driver’s license required
Basic computer skills are a plus
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guidelines
A dependable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:
This is an active role that includes standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting. You may lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment & Schedule:
You’ll work around mechanical systems and equipment in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. Shifts typically fall between 7 AM and 11 PM. Weekend and holiday availability are required.
