As a Beverage Server, you'll be at the heart of the action, providing prompt, attentive beverage service while creating a welcoming and entertaining experience for every guest. What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly throughout the casino gaming floor.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service during every interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of beverage sales and service transactions.
• Ensure beverage service complies with company policies and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Keep assigned service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and maintaining beverage stations.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and fellow team members to provide seamless service.
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and entertaining atmosphere for all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous beverage service, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're willing to train candidates with outstanding customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the majority of each shift.
• Safely carry beverage trays throughout the casino.
• Frequently reach, bend, and use hands for beverage service duties.
• Lift and carry serving trays weighing more than 10 pounds.
• Work comfortably in a lively, fast-paced environment with elevated noise levels.
