Scope of Work

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Health Science or related field

  • skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through less than 2 years of relevant experience in the following areas: conducting graded exercise testing, knowledge of cardiovascular physiology, risk factor identification/modification; basic electrocardiogram (EKG) knowledge or completion of an internship in Cardiac Rehab.

  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging, Congenital Heart Center, and Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic 90 Days Or

  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging, Congenital Heart Center and Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic 90 Days

  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association WITHIN 90 DAYS Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging and Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic; WITHIN 1 Year Congenital Heart Center 90 Days

  • CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association Congenital Heart Center 1 Year

  • CRT-Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Certified (CEP) - ACSM American College of Sports Medicine Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging, Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic and Congenital Heart Center 180 Days

Preferred

  • Master's Degree Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Health Science or related field
