Branch ManagerÂ
Job Summary
The Branch Manager is an expert in the administration of home care agencies and has an in-depth understanding of the laws and regulations of caregiving. The Branch Manager requires strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate various aspects of the business effectively. This role is responsible for the management and direction of a growing branch of Serenity.
Responsibilities
Personnel Management: 
- Manages personnel, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and dismissal. 
- Trains and supervises client coordinators. 
- Oversees recruitment initiatives and coordinates with recruitment supervisors. 
- Observe and verify employee timekeeping. 
- Communicates the need for upcoming positions and personnel in advance. 
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Client and Service Management: 
- Ensures that utilization hours of insurance are maximized- Monitoring the visits for clients, coordinating with billing and eligibility unit to verify coverage, and ensuring that services are provided within the approved limits. 
- Corresponds with case managers on the decline of services and care plan deviations. 
- Assists in the staffing, especially special case clients. 
- Maintains positive relationships with case managers to build and maintain the client base. 
- Resolves escalated client and caregiver complaints as needed.

Caregiver Management 
- Supervision: Effective management and supervision of caregivers to ensure compliance with best practices, adhering to regulations, and providing safe and quality care. This includes regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly 
- Conflict resolution: Effective conflict resolution strategies to address issues and maintain positive relations 
Team Leadership and Meetings: 
- Facilitates weekly team meetings. 
- Establishes weekly and monthly goals for the agency. 
- Observe the timekeeping of employees and verify time in case of missed punches.
Communication and Coordination: 
- Assists with the posting and monitoring of open visits. 
- Implements and interprets service and operational policies. 
- Ensures the confidentiality of private information for clients and caregivers. 
Reporting: 
- Compiles weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators. 
- Maintains incident report file  
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Five years of experience in Home Healthcare, Homecare, Caregiving or similar field
- 2-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience within the homecare setting
- 24hrs Online Caregiverlist training certificate
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills and self-management skills
- Excellent Leadership and people skills
- Initiative and drive to see a project through and the company’s success.
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

9:00am to 5:00pm
40 hours per week
