This role involves managing a team of operators, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead the die cutting team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. - Plan and coordinate die cutting operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements. - Monitor the quality of die cut products, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment. - Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality control, and maintenance to optimize workflow and resolve any issues. - Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement. - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and maintenance activities. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Manage inventory of die cutting materials and supplies, ensuring availability for uninterrupted operations.
