We’re looking for a Bar Manager who brings leadership, creativity, and hustle to keep the good times rolling.

Requirements

Lead and inspire a team of bartenders, servers and hosts to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
Own the day-to-day bar operations across multiple outlets (indoor, patio, pool/social area, events)
Create and execute seasonal drink menus, features, events, and promotions
Drive revenue through smart scheduling, upselling, and cost control
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and service
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and safety standards
Be present on the floor—coaching, supporting, and setting the tone

What You Bring

Previous bar management or high-volume leadership experience
A passion for hospitality, energy, and creating a fun atmosphere
Strong leadership skills—you know how to motivate and hold a team accountable
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and current trends
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is when the fun happens!)
