What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all dishes meet expectations for quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at “inspection-ready” standards
  • Be prepared and ready for service on time, every time
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding inventory, equipment, and needs
  • Support your team and contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed—we’re all about teamwork

What You Bring

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility with scheduling
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Basic reading and writing skills for safety and communication

Experience & Growth

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred (level placement as Cook I, II, or III based on skill set)
