Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Fun – Coordinate and supervise engaging activities for children in the Kid's Club.
• Safety First – Create a safe, enjoyable, and energetic environment for kids to play, grow, and have a blast.
• Creative Planning – Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate programs that will have kids talking for days!
• Parent Connection – Communicate with parents about their kids' participation and the awesome things they’re doing in the Kid's Club.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role or a customer service position (we love experience, but enthusiasm is key!).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both kids and parents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (because kids love to run around!).
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions — a little sunshine never hurt anyone!
