Position Overview
As a Housekeeping Prepper, you’re an important part of keeping our Resort clean, welcoming, and ready for every arriving guest. You’ll work ahead of our housekeeping teams to prepare recently vacated units for cleaning, removing used linens and trash, transporting linens, making beds, and making sure our teams have what they need to get the job done.
This is an active, hands-on position that’s perfect for someone who likes to stay moving, work independently, but still be part of a team. You’ll travel throughout the Resort, stock and maintain linen trailers and golf carts, and keep an eye out for anything that needs attention along the way.

What You’ll Do
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Get recently vacated guest units ready for the housekeeping team by removing used linens and trash.
- Transport linens to designated laundry and storage locations throughout the Resort.
- Make guest beds according to Resort and hospitality standards.
- Keep linen trailers and golf carts clean, organized, stocked, and ready for action.
- Inspect guest units for damage or maintenance concerns and promptly report anything that needs attention.
- Help keep housekeeping operations moving efficiently throughout the day.
- Work closely with housekeepers, supervisors, and other Resort team members to ensure units are ready for arriving guests.
- Jump in and help with additional duties when needed, we’re all working toward the same goal: an exceptional guest experience!

- Ability to read basic chemical and safety labels and complete required reports or assessments.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for approximately 6–7 hours at a time.
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, carry, and climb stairs.
- Occasionally lift more than 80 pounds.
- Move linens, supplies, trash, and other housekeeping materials throughout the Resort.
- Work both indoors and outdoors as duties require.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or one year of equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for positions that operate Resort vehicle.
