 At Grand View Lodge, we’re looking for bartenders who bring great energy, genuine hospitality, and a passion for creating memorable moments. At The Preserve Golf Course, you’ll serve guests enjoying a round, relaxing after play, or taking in the views—delivering refreshing drinks and a welcoming experience that perfectly complements the day on the course.

From ice-cold beers and classic cocktails to easy, go-to favorites, you’ll help create a laid-back, social atmosphere where guests can unwind, connect, and enjoy the moment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—with consistency and efficiency
• Create a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming bar environment for golfers and guests
• Engage with guests, build rapport, and make easy, thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
• Support service for indoor dining, patio, and golf traffic as needed
• Manage bar setup, breakdown, and inventory needs
• Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Jump in to support your team—we keep things fun, fast, and collaborative

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• A positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service times
• Comfort with lifting and moving bar supplies (cases, kegs, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in a golf course, resort, or seasonal outdoor setting
• Knowledge of beer, seltzers, and classic cocktails (golfers love their go-to drinks)
• A team-first mindset and ability to adapt to a dynamic, outdoor environment
