Position Overview
At Grand View Lodge, we’re looking for bartenders who bring great energy, genuine hospitality, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. In our casual dining outlets, you’ll serve up everything from classic cocktails to easy, crowd-pleasing favorites—all while creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere guests want to come back to.

Whether it’s a post-golf beer, a lakeside cocktail, or a lively evening with friends, you play a key role in setting the tone and making every guest feel at home.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—with consistency and efficiency
• Create a fun, approachable, and welcoming bar environment
• Engage with guests, build rapport, and make thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
• Manage bar setup, breakdown, and inventory needs
• Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Support your team and jump in where needed—we’re all in this together

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and energized during busy shifts
• Comfort with lifting and moving bar supplies (cases, kegs, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in a resort, high-volume, or seasonal environment
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail basics
• A creative touch—interest in seasonal features or specialty drinks
