We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Valve Technician to inspect, repair, and test hydraulic valves and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in general mechanical troubleshooting as well as hydraulic components, working with various types of hydraulic valves with various pressure ratings, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic valves, including directional, pressure control, and flow control valves.
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble hydraulic valves following technical specifications and safety procedures.
  • Conduct pressure testing and calibration of hydraulic valves to ensure proper functionality.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
  • Must have ability to use micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
  • Perform accurate and consistent measurements within one thousandth of an inch.
  • Welding and machining experience preferred.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working with hydraulic systems.
