We are looking for aĀ Sr. Project Manager, EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) ComplianceĀ who will contribute to the success of theĀ Regulatory Affairs / Compliance / IT SecurityĀ Team, applying theirĀ expertiseĀ inĀ Project ManagementĀ to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions.Ā Ā In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams,Ā demonstrateĀ strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, andĀ maintainĀ a commitment to professional excellence,Ā qualityĀ and continuous improvement.Ā

The RoleĀ Ā
The Project Manager will:Ā
Lead the development and implementation of CRA compliance strategies for products with digital elements.Ā
Coordinate vulnerability reporting, technical documentation, and conformity assessment procedures as required by the CRA.Ā
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.Ā
Liaise with product development, IT, legal, and external partners to ensure full supply chain compliance.Ā
Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.Ā
Prepare and present compliance status reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.Ā
Mentor team members on CRA requirements and best practices.Ā
Ā
Job ResponsibilitiesĀ
Develop andĀ maintainĀ project plans for CRA compliance initiatives.Ā
Oversee the creation and management of Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs) and ensureĀ their accessibilityĀ and accuracy.Ā
Ensure all products meet cybersecurity requirements throughout their lifecycle, including secure design, vulnerability management, and incident response.Ā
Coordinate internal and external audits and manage remediation activities.Ā
Facilitate training and awareness programs for CRA compliance.Ā
IdentifyingĀ key stakeholders and understanding their expectations for a successful project.Ā
Monitoring progress on schedule,Ā budgetĀ and technical output, as well as scheduling to identify critical path(s) and major risks.Ā YouāllĀ be proactively managing risks and employing strategies to address those risks.Ā
Driving teams toĀ execute onĀ tasks and deliverables, as well as developing a sense of urgency when key deliverables are jeopardized.Ā YouāllĀ also beĀ facilitatingĀ problem solving and meetings to address obstacles.Ā
Working with core team and functional leaderĀ expertiseĀ when faced with critical decisions andĀ holdĀ them accountable to program commitments.Ā
Facilitates communicationĀ toĀ key stakeholders on project performance.Ā
Ensuring the project scope includes input from all functional disciplines including marketing, engineering, operations, quality, compliance, and service.Ā
Conducting project Gate reviews and business team meetings.Ā
Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.Ā

Required QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.Ā Ā
Minimum 10 years of project management experience on new product development, preferably on products with regulatory compliance or cybersecurity requirements.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Ā
Scrum Certification.Ā
Must have successfully managed multiple high-technology hardware/software projects from concept through commercialization using a stage-gate processĀ
Highly effective communicator, usingĀ both inĀ spoken and written forms; sharp interpersonal skills who understand how to communicate across varied audiences in a climate of debate.Ā
Demonstrated experience with EU regulations, preferably the Cyber Resilience Act or similar frameworks.Ā
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.Ā
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.Ā
Ā
Preferred QualificationsĀ
MBA, M.S. or PhD in Engineering or Technical degree.Ā
Experience with CE marking, SBOM management, and supply chain cybersecurity.Ā
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, EUCC certification, and other cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443)Ā

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsĀ
Primarily office/lab/manufacturing environment.Ā
This is a hybrid position, āin-officeāĀ approximately 75-100% of the time.Ā
MustĀ be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.Ā

Compensation & BenefitsĀ
Competitive base salary range:Ā $110,000 - $170,000Ā
